Homelab Remote (“the App”) is a remote control for self-hosted services that you configure on your own network.

Data we collect
The App does not collect personal data on our servers. There is no Homelab Remote account and no first-party analytics in the current version.
Data stored on your device
- Server addresses, API keys, and optional HTTP credentials you enter are stored in the iOS Keychain / on-device secure storage.
- App preferences (for example language filters and refresh intervals) may be stored in on-device preferences storage.
- An optional unlock PIN and biometric preference are stored on the device.
- Optional configuration backups you create stay on your device or wherever you choose to share them (for example Files or AirDrop). A backup may include API keys; your unlock PIN is never included. Homelab Remote does not upload backups.
Network
The App communicates only with the hostnames and URLs you enter, plus documentation links you choose to open. Credentials are sent only to those hosts. That includes Local and Remote (for example VPN) addresses you configure for the same service.
Optional tips use Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit) on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. Platform stores process those payments; Homelab Remote does not receive your payment card details. Tips unlock no features.
Third parties
The App is an independent product and is not affiliated with Apple or with any third-party server software you may choose to connect. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Deletion
